Fibby operates the pre-launch waitlist at getfibby.com. When you sign up, we collect your email address, your consent to launch messages, the date of your signup, and an optional acquisition source (for example, the social platform you came from).

How we use your information

We use these details to maintain the Fibby waitlist and, with your consent, send you information about Fibby's development and launch. We do not sell your personal information. We use Supabase to store signups. Brevo will be used to send Fibby launch emails once email delivery is configured. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area by these providers, subject to applicable safeguards.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Promotional emails will include an unsubscribe option. Contact us at hello@getfibby.com. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Data retention

We keep waitlist records while the pre-launch list is relevant or until you withdraw consent, subject to necessary retention for compliance purposes.

Security and anti-spam

We use Cloudflare security services, including rate limiting, to reduce automated submissions. Email addresses are not publicly readable from the Fibby signup database.

Operator identification and full legal notices will be completed before promotional launch.
